Josh assisted my team with a website redesign and data migration from Magento to Shopify Plus including the addition of shipping management software, multi store inventory management and a change in email marketing software. Our website had strong organic search traffic prior to the migration, and it was critical that the migration went smoothly to retain as much of our traffic as possible. Not only were migration and launch a success, our traffic and sales have increased since. Josh is a reliable ongoing source of advice and support as we continue to grow.

Adrianna was contracted to support the Aisle team with UX research, email marketing strategy and execution. She used her knowledge and expertise to analyze the brand, conduct user research and analyze data to define and better target our audience and messaging. Working closely with our team to develop email marketing strategies and content, Adrianna improved email flows and created new email automations (including SMS outreach) to effectively improve open rates and sales. Her collaborative support during a time of significant transition was genuinely appreciated.
